Supply Chain Project Manager

Job Description

~~We are currently working with one of Britain’s most iconic retail brands on a supply chain project position which will initially focus on the redefinition of the Apparel & Accessories replenishment supply model, partnering with a cross functional team including Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Product Design & Development, Raw Materials, Sourcing, Customer Operations, Finance, IT and our External Partner community to define and implement this model.

The role will develop the central supply management processes, tools and organisation required to not only deliver this new model but also in the on-going day to day operations and continuous improvement of the solution.


  • Lead the creation of the Replenishment Supply Management model, including processes, systems, tools & reporting definition
  • Define the Supply Planning Management Model required to support replenishment procurement & management
  • Partner with the key cross functional internal and external partners (Vendors & Suppliers) in the creation of the model to ensure a complete end to end value chain model is created and full alignment is achieved.
  • Work alongside the internal partners in supporting in the re-definition for replenishment product selection, critical path creation, inventory management and floorset execution
  • Partner with the FG & RM sourcing teams along with the key Replenishment supply partners to understand the key challenges faced by our partner community, identify the opportunities and ensure the redefined management model optimises the supply from both an internal & external perspective.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need an excellent End to End Operational Understanding of Supply Chains within the retail sector. You will need a proven background in previous planning/production managerial roles, have a strong analytical skills, the ability to develop strong relationships with peers and cross-functional business partners and be a great strategic thinking and problem solving.

Initially this position will be a project role working across the entire business in a cross functional position where your teams will be indirect, therefore you will need strong people motivational and communication skills to implement changes successfully.

The role is to be based in London and the role will require European travel, therefore candidates will need to be able to freely live and travel within the region.
