Go-to-Market Manager (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for creating and realizing high value opportunities for the digital Marketing Effectiveness solutions with both new and existing clients together with the regional Marketing Effectiveness Teams, commercial leads and Global Account Directors
  • Building a clear vision, strategy and implementation plan around the digitization strategy for the tech & durable clients
  • Serving as the focal point linking the regional commercial and subject matter leads and the central product development & innovation team to ensure all teams are aligned on the Global Marketing Effectiveness strategy
  • Developing wining Go-to-Market strategies and compelling client sales success stories for the focus regions APAC , USA and Central and Northern Europe
  • Developing value creating strategies for the clients based on the global ME portfolio
  • Acting as an evangelist and trainer fort he global ME solutions toward commercial and ME regional teams
  • Participating with the management team in the development, implemetation and management of the commercial product launch plan
  • Partnering with regional subject matter ad commercial leads to increase upsell and cross sell by presenting new solutions and services to the tech & durable clients
  • Gaining key insights on the client industries and the digital Marketing analytics industry, including technologies, products and target markets


Your Profile:

  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • 8+ years experience
  • Business development experience
  • Marketing and Media background would be a plus
  • Experience of tech & durables industry
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to position and sell client solutions which answer the client’s key business questions and create impact within their organizations
  • Ability to represent our Global ME team at the highest levels: with key industry stakeholders and desicion makers
  • Comfortable in high-complexity sales stuations and willing to take on the customer’s challenges and maximally leverage the offering to address client’s needs
