Managing Consultant

Job Description

London-based business consultancy with clients varying in size from small charities to Fortune 1000 companies. Our work involves supporting the implementation of process change, often with a systems component. Founded five years ago, over the last years we've had significant annual growth which we intend to continue. There’s a start-up energy about our consultancy, with fascinating opportunities for people to develop organisation-wide skills and capabilities. Our consultants are self-motivated, independent and results-driven.

Management consultants  represent and champion business change and act as the key interface for the business community. Your role will involve analysing and documenting the business needs of our clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions. By liaising with project managers and business users, you will understand and be able to document business requirements and manage issues through to conclusion.

We’re a close and supportive network of consultants – and these relationships are critical to our success. We meet regularly as a company to develop our internal capabilities – and always make sure we have time to relax at our monthly social.
