For the location Nuremberg or London we are currently looking for a

 

Product & Innovation Manager –  Marketing Effectiveness (m/f)

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Product development & Innovation:
    • Key role in developing and managing new solutions in the area of Marketing performance and brand measurement
    • Development of specific solutions or features in close collaboration with the ME product owners and ME's global business partners from D&T, Marketing Science, Data Strategy and Marketing
    • Steer agile, cross-functional teams across these departments to develop the most relevant and cutting-edge new solutions for clients
    • Leverage all latest leading edge capabilities and technologies (e.g. AI) alongside with unique data assets, in order to deliver the most competitive solutions in the market
    • Develop and implement algorithms and methods used in close cooperation with Marketing Science
    • Build prototypes for new solutions or features
    • Supporting ME product owners in driving automation and ensure competitive pricing
    • Continuous analysis of the competitive environment of his / her product area
    • Contribute to ensure the continuous fill of the idea pipeline
    • Prioritize product ideas and develop revenue models in collaboration with the product owner
    • Set up and steer pilots to validate new solutions, data partnerships or technologies
  • Thought Leadership & Enablement:
    • Develop and sharpen point of view on Marketing performance measurement
    • Be an internal and external thought leader for the specific area
    • Support and drive the internal and external launch of new products
    • Enable sales and solution teams worldwide to successfully sell and use the solutions, e.g. by providing trainings
    • Develop Sales and Marketing material together with the ME Commercial team

 

Your Profile:

  • Several years in research / insight roles with Marketing or media background
  • Very good knowledge of analytical tools and algorithms
  • Experienced in analyzing data and applying statistical algorithms
  • Worked in global role context
  • Agency and / or client side
  • Project management skills
  • Background in Marketing Science and excellent understanding of analytical tools; knowledge of statistical software (R, SPSS, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation and client facing skills
