For the location Nuremberg or London we are currently looking for a

 

Product & Innovation Manager – Behavioural data & analytics (m/f)

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Product development:
    • Support the development of the new Marketing Effectiveness solutions at all stages of the product lifecycle
    • Develop and evaluate product ideas together with the product owners
    • Prioritize product ideas and define revenue models together with the product owner
    • Initiate and run pilots leveraging new capabilities and partnerships in alignment with the wider Marketing Effectiveness team with a special focus on behavioral data integration
    • Be a key contact for any piloting / prototyping phase in that space, internally and externally
  • Data & Innovation:
    • Drive data & technology innovation across Marketing Effectiveness solutions
    • Identify market trends and new opportunities
    • Consolidate data needs and develop implementation strategies
    • Develop and prioritize commercial integration plans for behavioral, 3rd party data integration
    • Develop cooperation strategies and business plans, with a particular focus on commercials
    • Continuous monitoring of the competitive landscape and the Marketing Effectiveness ecosystem
  • Enablement & Training:
    • Key role in training of regional commercial and client solution colleagues
    • Link and ensure transfer to the wider ME team as well as other solution groups
    • Establish data and tech knowledge within regions and support regional sales activities, e.g. with data recommendations

 

 

Your Profile:

  • Several years in research / insight / digital roles
  • Very good understanding of digital and tech capabilities (tagging, metering, etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of analytical tools and algorithms
  • Worked in global role context on agency or client side
  • Experience in project management and digital solution delivery
  • Excellent knowledge of the Marketing Effectiveness ecosystem including new digital competitive offerings and the media landscape
  • Experience or background in digital or data partnerships is a plus (e.g. Marketing Intelligence, DMP, programmatic advertising)
  • Excellent communication and client facing skills
  • Proven leadership skills
