Product & Innovation Manager Marketing Effectiveness – Communication Efficiency (m/f)


Your responsibilities:

  • Product development & ownership:
    • Key role in developing and managing new solutions in the area of Communication Efficiency and budget allocation optimization
    • Leading the development of specific solutions or modules along all stages of the product lifecycle
    • Ensure desirability of these solutions, building on the USP and sharpen the value proposition in alignment with the overall product portfolio strategy
    • Continuous analysis of the competitive environment
    • Work closely with the Marketing Effectiveness product owners and the entire Marketing Effectiveness solution team as well as other key relevant solution teams
  • Innovation & partnerships:
    • Prioritize product ideas and define revenue models in collaboration with the product owner
    • Set up and steer pilots to validate new solutions
    • Support assessment of potential new partners
  • Thought leadership & enablement:
    • Be an internal and external thought leader for the specific area
    • Support and drive the internal and external launch of new products
    • Enable sales and solution teams worldwide to successfully sell and use the solutions, e.g. by providing trainings and sales material


Your Profile:

  • Several years in research / insight roles with a Marketing or media background
  • Very good knowledge of analytical tools and algorithms with experience in analyzing data and applying statistical algorithms
  • Experience in global role context in an agency and / or on client side
  • Project management
  • Knowledge of Brand and Communication research
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to translate complex information into intuitive client facing solutions
  • Background in Marketing Science and excellent understanding of analytical tools; knowledge of statistical software (R, SPSS, etc.) is a plus
