Senior Product Manager – Customer Journey and Digital Landscape Research (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:

  • Achieve financial, strategic, tactical and operational goals in their core CI product segments journey and landscape
  • Lead the continuous development of their digital CI product and service portfolio for our customer journey and landscape solutions
  • Manage backlog for insights and delivery of analytics services for journey and landscape in digital research. Oversee the collection, tracking, mining and analysis of data and the generation of fact-based insights and ideas for our solutions
  • Drive their CI analytics services, using multiple data sources
  • Develop new and innovate their existing CI solutions, and contribute to processes that help manage and grow the digital experience, including data integrity, enrichment, build out, and targeting/segmentation of our landscape and journey portfolio
  • Translate consumer landscape and journey information into actionable insights for management and key stakeholders
  • Create real-time reports and dashboards and provide analysis for our global solutions in this space
  • Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and with CI leads across all regions
  • Partner with our regions to co-create our solutions and strategy to deliver new Journey’s and Landscape’s Products
  • Leverage emerging analytics technologies to evaluate data and provide insights that inform & support multichannel strategies
  • Lead executive level business reviews
  • Advise our regions and clients on digital CI journey and landscape projects
  • Provide their regional subject matter and commercial teams and clients with actionable recommendations and calls for action based on gathered insights derived from our journey and landscape solutions. Drive the translation of gathered insights into engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights
  • Co-define new reporting structures or refine existing structures within your area of responsibility
  • Oversee the development of best practice guidance in journey and landscape and their delivery to our regions to maximize the use of our analytics capabilities
  • Build a strong internal and external network, informing the CI landscape and journey community on the latest trends and technological advances, also related to CI Analytics
  • Manage and communicate across all projects and stakeholders in the CI portfolio
  • Provide thought leadership to their regions and deliver leading CI solutions to enable their regions to achieve their organizational business objectives and departmental deliverables
  • Responsible for ensuring the operational performance and improvement of the end-to-end product delivery


Your Profile:

  • University degree, ideally supplemented by MBA/Ph.D.
  • 5+ years in product development and/or product management, ideally client-side, ideally in Tech & Durables, and/or Retail/E-Commerce, and supplemented by market research agency experience
  • Software and e-commerce experience a +
  • Worked in a global role context
  • Digital solution delivery
  • Excellent program and project management skills
  • +5 year experience in consumer insight management with an international company, ideally in T&D and/or Retail
  • Passion for digital analytics, data modelling and data visualizations
  • Experience in agile product and software development and/or product marketing
  • Experience market and customer analysis
  • Knowledge of digital market research, what KBQs these can answer & what impact they should create within organizations
  • Advanced skills in the area of Advanced Analytics, Storytelling and Visualization
  • Advanced knowledge of R, SPSS, Visual Basic, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Tableau, Google Analytics, SurveyGizmo
  • Deep understanding of the (automated) brand and marketing analytics
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
