Business Transformation and Projects Director

Job Description

We are currently working with a leading consumer good manufacturing that has experienced phenomenal growth over the last 5 years. As a result of this development they are currently looking to recruit and Business transformation & Project Director to lead a number of the essential programs across the EMEA business to ensure their processes enable them to stay market leaders and provide a platform for the business to continue to grow.

This role will head a specialist team of consultants who will be task to design and drive business transformation projects across not only their operational business but also their commercial functions to help improve the business moving forward. These projects will often involve cross functional collaboration, often stretching the end to end of the business itself.

This is an exciting role for an experience business transformation professional who has gain strong experience leading diverse teams. It is essential for the successful candidate to have experience designing and manager a team responsible for not only operational improvements in areas such as Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Logistics but also commercial business process improvements in Sales and Marketing for example.

Candidates will need to be degree educated, preferably with additional professional qualifications such as an MBA, Lean Six Sigma and it would be essential for candidates to demonstrate strong experience managing the implementation of complex IT systems preferable across multiple sites.
