My client are leading provider of software solutions to the financial services industry, They have an impressive client base, including top investment banks .
They have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Analyst to join their London based team. The role is front line support via email, online, phone and face to face meetings., helping them and advising them on configuration and best practice.
3 years + professional experience within an application support or related area
System administrator experience of operating systems essentially Unix, Linux and maybe also Windows, Solaris, IBM i Series
It is advantageous if you have the following:
Knowledge of Scripting languages, eg Perl, Bash, Powershell or Lua
Financial applications or systems eg Market data o FIX
Development languages/Development process ( Java, C++, C#)
The role is predominantly office based but does involve face to face support with clients in London every now and then so the candidates must be happy and confident to do so.
