Job Description

SKILLS: Sales-force, Sales-force Administrator Certification ( ADM 201 ),

LOCATION- South West London

SALARY- Dep on experience

ROLE:

My client are a successful Sales-force Partner with exciting growth plans for the UK office.

They have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support analyst to provide support to the clients by managing issues with in the defined SLA's. You will also act as a liaison between customers and the support engineers helping to provide solutions to product issues, configuration and customisations.

Essential experience:

Sales-force Administrator Certification ( ADM 201)

Salesforce.com within a business environment

2-4 years relevant experience with customer success

Industry tool and practices: case management, knowledge base, defect and escalation management

Strong troubleshooting skills
