Job Description

Manager - International Sales (London)

Title                                       : Manager

Role                                       : International Sales - Indian Property

Salary Range                         : 30000-60000 (GBP) – Total CTC


Time to Join                        : 15 to 30 days max         

Experience                         : 4-5 years

Key Experience:                 : Knowledge of Indian properties and sales to NRI's and international investors

Required Skills                   : Sales and networking, outgoing personality, excellent communication skills


Preferred employers     : From recognized real estate developers


Job Description:


Ø  Part of the international sales team, selling properties developed by the group. No third party sales. 


Ø  Will be the flag bearer of the group's sales team in UK and Europe. Ability to operate independantly with clear communication skills to relay back to HQ in India. Must have experience selling Indian property in UK or Europe.


Ø  Solely responsible to achieve monthly sales targets for that region.


Ø  Setting up meetings with prospective clients by exploring various sourcing channels and avenues.


Ø  Will be required to develop partners for the group and generate sales through them.


Ø  Building strong client relationships in order to maintain and grow client pipeline.


Ø  Maximize the ROI of marketing spends in local market to realize maximum revenue.


Candidate Brief:


Ø  Looking at someone who has demonstrated excellent performance in the London market.


Ø  A self-driven individual with high level of passion and energy to act as a one person army to drive sales.


Ø  Should be proficient in sales and business development of real estate.


Ø  Should have intricate knowledge of the local investor market.


Ø  Should have excellent networking skills and good connections in local HNI circles.


Ø  Willing to travel across various locations in UK and Europe to generate business.
