eCommerce and Digital Executive

Our client is a luxury accessory brand who are presently looking for a dynamic and passionate e-commerce professional to join their team in London. 

 

Main Function

  • Day-to-day management of the an eCommerce website and provide support to the Communication team
  • Manage eCommerce customer services
  • Weekly Sales Reporting of eCommerce performance to Head Office
  • Support Marketing Manager on UK digital marketing strategy and campaign implementation
  • Management of the Social Media Calendar
  • Provide Sales Team with digital product campaign assets for all UK WS customers

 

Key Tasks

  • Day-to-day management of the eCommerce website. This consists of processing returns, exchanges and payments plus customer support
  • Managing the customer relationship journey. Includes communication via phone and email, complaint processing, technical questions and stock management
  • Validating orders including fraud checks
  • Reports: weekly reporting and analysis of sales / traffic
  • Daily monitoring and updating of products and content on the UK eCommerce website
  • Support Marketing Manager on UK digital marketing strategy and campaign implementation
  • Provide the Communications team (Marketing and PR) with social media, display, campaign and newsletter support
  • Be the digital and eCommerce brand guardian, ensuring that all digital assets, products and communications are in line with brand guidelines
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Head Office on PPC, SEM, Social retargeting: daily monitoring and optimisation of campaigns
  • Collaborate, alongside the Marketing Manager and Head Office team, with agencies on the management and optimisation of digital campaigns
  • Take ownership of the CRM project set for launch in 2018
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the UK and Head Office Communications, IT, Media, PR and Sales teams

 

Key skills - Essential

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing within an eCommerce environment (agency or in-house)
  • Good command of: Magento or other Content Management Systems (CMS), Photoshop, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Google Webmaster
  • A passion for all things digital and a desire to learn: including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Applications
  • Preferable: a good understanding of  HTML 5 and website administration
  • Preferable: a basic understanding of SAP
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Genuine interest in luxury and fashion retail
  • Good with data and a strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy a team dynamic and confident when tackling new challenges
  • Goal oriented and performance driven
  • Have the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
