We are currently working with a leading luxury apparel organisation who through their development and growth are looking to recruit a senior member of their operations team that will be responsible for driving change and process improvement across their Raw Materials and Quality areas of the business.
This is a global role playing a significant part in the continued development and progress of the business so that they are able to continue to operationally cope with the impression growth they have experienced over the last 5 years.
The role will take ownership of the design and implementation of company wide improvements initiatives as well as helping to grow and strengthen the business operational processes and systems within the suggested areas of the business above.
Our client is looking for an individual from an industrial engineering and management educational background, preferably someone who has held a management consultancy position who understands the challenges of driving and managing change through indirect vertical teams.
It is important for the successful individual to have at least 4 to 5 years experience working with or in a textile, apparel or apparel retail background preferably within a multinational environment.
To cope with this position the individual will need to possess excellent communication, the ability to manage project/programmes across a complex business structure and be able to work in a muli-cultural environment with a variety of personality types.
