The Main function of this role is:
• To oversee the incoming and outgoing of Watch Repairs in the Boutique.
• Providing an excellent customer experience to all customers.
• Ensuring the Boutique manages the customers’ expectations with approximate completion times and costs when taking the watch in from the customer.
• Fully communicating at each and every stage of its repair, until it's final completion and it is handed back to the customer.
• To sell products and services within the Boutique and provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Delivering a World Class Customer Experience at each and every interaction with our clients.
