Job Position Directly reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Director will elaborate the company’s marketing strategy and manage its execution, to contribute creating a long-lasting company, with highly visible brands and amazing products and customer experiences. This includes: 1. Brand Marketing: Position, develop and implement the company’s current and future Brand portfolio, bringing them to their highest level. 2. Product & Operational Marketing: · Product range assessment and strategy · Management of the product innovation; identification of axis of innovation, product development and launch. · Operational Marketing support. · Pricing strategy. 3. Media & PRs: · Development and delivery of communications strategies. · B2B and B2C, traditional and social media management. Build social and media reputation and recognition. Create direct communication channels with consumers. 4. Budgeting and control: · Setting up and managing marketing budgets · Tracking, reporting and ROI measurements. 5. Management & cross-functional coordination: · Day-to-day activities; Management of a pan-European Marketing team. · Interface with Sales teams, Quality department, Business Development, Country and field Managers, enabling the company’s ambitious growth and expansion objectives. Candidate Profile · 10 to 15 years Marketing experience with strong brands. · Direct experience of running Marketing organizations, with all the responsibilities highlighted above (brand, product innovation, communication, strategy, implementation, etc). · Strong experience in the Food industry and/or Retail, preferably in a FMCG company, or in a major restaurant chain. · Very innovative, with an outstanding ability to allow the company to stay a market-maker and market leader. · Business Administration or Marketing degree. · Outstanding management and leadership skills. Experience of managing multicultural teams from different backgrounds · Open-mindedness, intellectual curiosity, ability to interface with multicultural teams. Strong international exposure with an experience of marketing activities in various countries. · Great sense of autonomy while being able to report concisely the state of the business. · Very strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to multi-tasks. · Entrepreneurial mindset, creative spirit and extreme motivation to join a fast growing, young company in a multicultural environment. · Languages: perfectly fluent in English and at least one other European language. · The position can be based in London or Milan.
