About the role
The Solutions Consultant will be serving as the subject matter expert (SME) on the Company’s Customer Experience Management (CEM) Platform - in both internal and customer-facing circumstances.
He/she will be able to architect an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer's business requirements based on established best practices and business objectives.
Able to Identify and advance opportunities through the use of effective consultative selling techniques. Communicates and articulates the details of their component roles in a proposed customer solution.
