New Business Generation            Must be fluent in English and French

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider of Sales Performance Management (SPM) software who help large companies to manage sales compensation to improve sales performance. This is done by automating the sales operation processes, enabling management of quotas and areas and delivering analytics of the Sales Performance.

They operationalise data to prevent financial crime, ensure compliance, increase operational efficiency and enhance security.

Their clients are some of the World’s leading organisations and Companies.

 

About the role

This role is all about being an exceptional New Business Generation representative who is self -motivated and driven and can find new opportunities in new business markets for their Enterprise solutions.

The role is worked predominately over the phone, developing strong client relationships, launching new solutions, and generating sales leads for both the UK and French regions. So must be a fluent speaker in both French and English. 

 

Experience required

 

  • Around 3 -5 years’ experience of inside sales or business development.
  • Strong qualification and cold calling skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales development, lead generation practices and principles
  • Experience of Salesforce.
  • Excellent  communicating skills and confidence required  dealing with senior-level executives
  • Fluent English and French speaker.
  • Experience of working in a target driven team, and have a solid track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related degree program.
