Programme Manager.

Ideal location would be access to Central London or Reading.


Our client enables Enterprise Business to Transformation Customer Experience Management across 6 continents.

They are a Customer Experience specialist providing complex Omni Channel Contact Centre Solutions for multi-site, multi-national & multi-continent solutions.

Today they are looking for a Programme Manager in the UK, the right person will have extensive experience of Complex Customer Programme or Project delivery, preferably delivering Multi-National Contact Centres.

It is essential to have experience of managing complex Programmes working with Cisco (as a Partner) and of Cisco Voice, Unified Communications and Contact Centre Solutions


PMI certification would be an advantage, but essential is a solid track record of successful customer delivery and customer relationship management.

There is a significant software development aspect to our Clients’ programmes and they are looking for a person who has experience working with Off shore teams (especially based in India).
