Job Description

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Graduate Electrical Engineer or Technical Degree with proved experience in similar position
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with electric motors and or previous commercial experience would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Self-motivated to meet customer deadlines and enhance product coverage

Brief Job Scope:

  • Responsible for the preparation of tenders and sales offers to customers, analysis of technical specifications and commercial contracts. The product scope covers HV/LV electric motors.

Key  Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with DSMs, Customer(s), and factories effectively
  • Review request for quotations (specifications, emails, phone calls, etc.)
  • Lead and takes ownership of the quotation/opportunity by requesting feedback from the External Sales team or directly from customers, when appropriate.
  • Make use of the available system to generate and manage the offers and further controls as requested by the Sales Manager
  • Compile an accurate quotation to customers offering
  • Ability to follow minimum pricing guidelines as established by management
  • Ability to identify opportunities to management when alternate pricing is needed
  • Accurately receive and review Purchase Order (as needed) , prior to passing to the Project Management team
  • Organize all quotation/order documentation electronically and hard copies (if needed)
