Multinational company manufacturer of industrial components and parts is looking for a SALES ENGINEER IBERIA REGION based in Madrid
Bachelor Degree in Business/Engineering or Equivalent Experience in Sales & Marketing. Minimum of 3 years sales experience gained within a B2B environment.
Electronics, Elevator or other technical components Industry Experience is highly desirable.
Sales / Business Development responsibilities / activities to include:
Maintain & grow existing customer sales in Iberia
Develop, agree and implement a business development strategy
Identify and sell our products to new customers in market
Development & Establish excellent business relationships with key customer targets
Deliver ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors and market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation.
Lead and drive customer problem resolution; act as a liaison between customers engineering/production teams to resolve quality / reliability / delivery issues to meet customer expectations
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and demanding environmen
Ability and acceptance to travel as required across the region
Language Skills: Spanish and English (Essential). Additional language skills would be an advantage.
