Compliance - Support Officer

Job Description

Looking for a Support officer to join the Compliance team to assist the Head of Compliance with the ongoing monitoring and coordination of internal compliance activities. 

+2 years experience in a similar role
Certification - Compliance, Risk Management, AML or related fields
Knowledge of compliance regulations in relation to generic issues related to AML/CFT & GDPR
Experience and/or understanding of specific areas relating to CSPs, Trusts, Gaming and/or Financial Services
Organised, passionate, team member, 
Verbal and written English fluency

- facilitate & assist with the day-to-day planning and management activities of the firm's compliance department
- keeping abreast of relevant legislation and regulations in the compliance realm
- liaising with the Head of Compliance & members of the management team as required
- monitoring and coordinating the firms compliance activities
- assisting with the review, oversight & maintenaince of all necessary registers 
- assist with on-boarding procedures and on-going reviews
- assisting management & development of compliance systems & procedures
- develop, deliver & upkeep training material & courses to staff members
- contribute and assist in the monitoring of FATCA / CRS
- assist to develop, initiate, maintain, revise, uphold & monitor policies & procedures in accordance with AML-CFT, CSP, Sanctions, GDPR and Trust regulations
