Personal Assistant

Job Description

Looking to speak with an experienced Personal Assistant to facilitate the administration and managemen of the day-to-day activities, whilst carrying out secretarial support duties to the CEO.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- supporting the CEO with day-to-day activities and other administrative tasks
- data management and filing
- administering the CEO schedule planner 
- required to occassionally accompany the CEO during international work trips
- organizing and maintaining diaries, for local & international appointments
- handling phone calls, managing voicemail and responding to external calls
- greeting clientele at the office and/or during company social networking events

- multi-tasking abilities
- high English fluency (written & verbal)
- reliable, efficient, flexible and dedicated secretarial professional
- extensive secretarial experience
- smart personality, preferably with some experience in customer services
- robust knowledge of MS Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A-Level and/or Diploma level of education 

Considered an asset:
- general knowledge of the financial services industry
- similar positions held in recent past years
- ready to take up the full-time post on a 40-hour week (no part-time)
- some experience gathered in a front-facing position
