Operations Manager

Job Description

On behalf of our client we have been tasked to look for an Operations Manager to join a highly successful and well-established client within the Food & Beverage industry on a full-time basis.

Report directly to the CEO

Reposnibilities:
- motivate staff to provide excellent customer service whilst carrying out overall supervisory duties
- maintain efficient operations, productivity, quality and customer-service
lead by example and available to support others during busy times in a very fast-paced environment
- hire, train, supervise & support personnel, ensuring the business meets the financial budgeted objectives, client satsifaction, industry requirements & business standards
- day-to-day overall management & supervision ensuring highest standards of presentation
- adherence to all legislative requirements
- deal with customer complaints and intrateam occassional conflicts in an empathic manner

- any other duties which may be assigned from time-to-time by the CEO

Skills:
- management skills and experience in both front and back of the house
- years experience in the F&B with supervisory functions
- highly organised, excellent written & verbal skills coupled with interpersonal communications
- collaboration and team-work essential traits
- self-motivated and driven individual
- strong negotiation and influencing skills
- above all a trustworthy individual
