Job Description

Looking to speak with Sales Operations professionals for a growing company office located in Malta.

Required:
- holds proven CRM experience
- strong analytical skillset
- results oriented
- MS Excel savvy
- Adapts well to change
- preferably has previous online gaming experience
- team players with great interpersonal skills
- previous experience with a call centre - similar position considered an asset
- ideally holds a University Degree

Responsibilities:
- ascertains no conlifcting issues in leads handles & maximise potential based on segmentation, responsible team, market desks, etc.
- ensures maximum leads engagements and best possible results for CRM lead types SLA (ensure the quoted lead-times are met) & conversion rates
- using optimal CRM practices ensures optimal CRM leads distribution results
- compiles and distributes up-to-date reporting on Sales & retention different leads/segments handle rates measuring all relevant CRM KPIs and analysis
- conduct, testing, review & analysis of all CRM activities to ensure optimal results
- additional operational tasks to provide support for ongoiong procedures
- assist with other duties as maybe assigned from time-to-time
