Job Description

Reporting to the Cost Controller, responsibilities and essential job functions include but not limited to the following:


Ø  Receive, store and issue of Food and Beverage & General store inventory items

Ø  Maintain set par levels for all stores products

Ø  Re-ordering of all stock items in time

Ø  Monitoring the expiry date of store items

Ø  Assist the Cost Controller in the monthly stock taking of inventory

Ø  Maintaining necessary records with accuracy of information using Materials control system and follows FIFO method of issuing.

Ø  Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygienic standards in all storage areas

Ø  Supervise and plan work load for Stores porter

Ø  Perform related duties and responsibilities as required, but not limited to the above




Ø  Ability to process information through computer system

Ø  Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment

Ø  Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skill

Ø  Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandize and fixtures
