Administrative Executive

Job Description

Currently seeking to speak with an exemptional Administrative Executive to join an expanding team and a thriving business setup for a company with offices based in Malta.

The chosen candidate will perform the following administrative duties:

- assisting with employees relocation documents (visa support, flight bookings, preparation of necessary forms)
- accomodation assistance and facilitations for joining new employees relocating to Malta
- scheduling meetings, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- new employee on-boarding processes
- ordering and management of office supplies
- document(s) management
- point of contact with external service providers
- data inputting (as required)
- occassional 'ad hoc' PA duties

- minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outook)
- English fluency (both verbal & written)
- strong organisational skills
- proactive personality, energetic & quick learner
