HR Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a people oriented and energetic character, keen to face challenges and solving tasks at hand, with a persistent and eager nature holding strong communication skills with an assertive and confident character. Multi-tasking will be the order of the day, with ideal previous experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter. Prior HR experience is desirable though not a must. Excellent command of the English language (both verbal & written), coupled with Russian will be considered an asset. Degree in HR Management, General Management or Psychology a plus. 

- responsible for employees relocation , work permits & other related documents
- keeping record of employees papers
- administration of monthly payroll (via a payroll software system)
- carrying out on-boarding of new employees
- monitoring employees satisfaction, resolving conflicts, organing team building activities
- setting strategic targets in terms of staff growth, retention, company culture & company promotions
- searching for suitable candidates via different sources
- preparing job descriptions and advertising on job boards
- analysing key job posting and candidates search channels
- conducting interviews
- working both independently and with recruitment agencies
