Looking to speak with a people oriented and energetic character with +2 years experience working as a Tech recruiter (or similar) who is up for a challenge, and willing to join a busy but dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- searching for, and identifying suitable candidates to fill mostly Tech positions
- preparing job descriptions and advertising position via job boards
- analysing the key job postings and candidates search channels
- conducting interviews
- promoting the company brand on social media
- assisting with on-boarding of new employees and legal procedures (obtaining permits, organising relocations)
Required:
- persistent attitude, eager to close complex positions
- strong communication skills
- assertive and confident
- excellent command of English (both oral and written)
- previous experience in recruitment a plus
