Job Description

We are looking to speak with a seasoned profile to assist with the overall structure & development of robust business processes and reporting in the specific region of Sweden. 

The ideal suitable candidate will be primarily responsible for devising, agreeing and implementing effective stratgies to meet and exceed the company objectives & targets at market level; acting as the key knowledge centre for the Swedish region business, maintaining an up-to-date operational understanding of regulatory, compliance and or, licensing information relevant to the market. Responsible for defining and executing marketing strategy for the Swedish market, working with various stakeholders across the business to ensure consistency and effective strategies. 

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent
- Native Swedish speaker & Fluent English
- Extensive marketing experience, ideally with solid internet, online services/media industry experience
- strong aptitude to determine optimal way for product positioning and a robust understanding of search, online advertising or web publishing markets
- proven ability to deliver outstanding and highly creative marketing achievements with limited budgets
- flexible and strong personality with the ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to changing requirements
- a proven & successful track record of increasing company revenue & awareness through well-executed marketing efforts
- good udnerstaning & experience in brand development, brand positioning, brand value & brand product development
- ownership over P&L experience highly desired
- thorough knowledge of off/online advertising planning, tracking and reporting 

Objectives & Responsibilities:
- ability to conceptualise, discuss and present marketing ideas internally & externally
- analyse, evaluate & implement effective strategies to drive growth and success in your region
- owner & driver of regulatory compliance & AML policy excellence for your region
- develop, manage and drive goals and KPIs for the regulate Swedish market to meet & exceed the company business strategy and objectives
- proactively seek out attractive partnerships and marketing opportunities taht will help grow and benefit the business
- analyse, understand and report on performance of paid campaigns from spend to key metrics
- forecast potential revenue growth based on channel and conversion performance
- extract and deliver insights to partner teams and on what performs in the market
- recommend, oversee, plan & optimise daily / weekly / monthly reporting and KPIs
- develop, manage and drive the multichannel marketing strategy for Sweden across digital and offline, wrokig with, and influencing business stakeholders to achieve optimum performance
- lead the development of marketing plans for  the region, and advocate, communicate and implement the strategy working closely with the product, content and acquisition teams
- work with business stakeholders to ensure acquisition and retention initiatives appeal and performa at the local level, whilst continually optimising to ensure maximum ROI
- ensure the monitoring of industry and provide local market expertise to the rest of the team
