Sales Manager for Telecommunications Company

Job Description:

Permanent position.

Telecommunications Company

Location: Mexico City

Scope of position: Region Mexico and Central America


·      Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or Business Career.

·      Mandatory:

     Fluency in Spanish language

Fluency in English language or Portuguese

Experience in Sales Management in Telecommunications companies, selling Value Added Services (VAS)

Experience as a Regional Sales Manager  (Mexico and LATAM)

· Desirable: The candidate should be Mexican National or must have Mexican working papers in order to work in

Job Description:

· Identify and establish partnership agreements with content providers, device manufacturers, etc. in order to build required offerings

· Responsible for building a robust sales pipeline qualifying/developing new sales opportunities

·  Desirable with established relationship with Telcos You can target companies – Timve, Oi, Z Telecom, Z Media, Telefónica, America Movil, Telcel, Claro, etc.

· Sell  digital products and solutions to mobile operators across Latin America as defined by Management Team

· Own top line revenue, gross profit and incremental sales targets for all existing accounts based out of Mexico and Central America

· Team leadership and point of escalation

· Meet assigned KPIs, including sales goals

· Work with Pre-sales and Account Management team to create/lead strategic sales initiatives

· Strong adherence to the information security policies, procedures and compliance of the company


·  Minimum 7 years of successful track record in international market

· Good knowledge of his territory’s telephone carriers and VAS partners

· Strong leadership skills, ability to manage and motivate clients

· Proven experience as an international sales professional with strong relationships with telco operators in the Mexico and Central America region

· Willing to travel extensively within territory assigned
