Job Description

~~Quality Superintendent

Control the quality of products and services throughout the implementation of a reliable quality system in accordance with the Customers’ requirements and the Corporate Standards. Make sure that the different plant processes are effectively controlled. He/She is the guardian of the quality system management efficiency inside the Plant.
• Represent the customer in the plant on quality related issues
• Manage the quality complaints from the customers and coordinate with the relevant departments for an immediate response and effective action plan implementation. Coordinate the Customer’s Audits and is responsible of their success
• Have the authority to stop production in order to proactively overcome the quality related issues. Lead the daily product quality meetings and follow up on improvement actions. Ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting to stakeholders and Plant Manager
• Contribute in defining the company quality policy. Implement and maintain the company quality system
• Guardian of the Plant’s compliance to the Standard systems, procedures and instructions
• Plan, prepare, lead quality audits and ensure the implementation of effective improvement programs. Organize and lead the continuous improvement meetings
• Ensure the departments’ processes analyses are carried out properly and in line with the set plans
• Update the FMEAs and control plans
• Take part in suppliers’ evaluation. Treat and follow up on the quality related disputes with the suppliers
• Responsible to plan/deliver internally the appropriate training programs related to quality control techniques and equipment
• Ensure control of the testing tools and quality equipment calibration
• Coach, train and Manage his direct reports
