Job Description

The Banking&Insurance division is supporting an Advisory Boutique, that is looking for a:




Key responsibilities


-         support business development activities, including researching, analysing and preparing client proposal books

-         analyze industry and company information and conduct industry researches

-         build and develop presentations and marketing materials

-         contribute to the deal team by working alongside peers and senior professionals


The Ideal Candidate:

-         Bachelor’s degree  in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering

-         2/4 years experience in M&A, Corporate Finance or Transaction Service

-         fluent English knowledge

-         strong presentation and communication skills

-         strong attention to detail, higly organized and proactive

-         proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

-         CFA certification is a plus
