Job Description

Our client, an international insurance firm, is looking for a:

Telemarketing Manager 


  • Campaign set up: Outline, develop and execute direct marketing programs finalized to acquisition, up-selling, cross selling
  • Data analysis: Perform data analysis, segmentation and profiling of customers database, also with support of external suppliers
  • Monitoring of Results: In charge of contact center management (performances, organization, economics) and campaigns follow up (regular tracking and analysis of SLAs and results; monitoring budget and expenses, drawing conclusions and creating recommendations for future activations)
  • Relationship management: Managing relationship and efficient communication with internal stakeholders, and external providers
  • Communication and Training: Draw marketing, communication and training materials; Support the training of external providers



  • University Degree or Business School
  • 3 to 5 years professional experience in managing Direct Marketing campaigns in the Financial / Insurance Sector
  • Excellent written and spoken English (a relevant part of the selection process will be held in English)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
