Digital Account Manager - German speaking

Our client is a Mar-Tech Platform that enables companies to obtain a 360 degree view of their customers and to create personalised customer journeys across all digital media to achieve their marketing objectives along the customer value lifecycle. The platform orchestrates marketing campaigns across multiple channels (display, video, social, search, email, etc) implementing audience based or event-triggered based journeys.
In a few words, we are an agnostic platform of platforms that doesn't own any activation channel - DSP, ESP, etc - but integrates with best-in-class marketing and advertising tools to offer marketers the chance to choose which platform to activate for every channel.
As Digital Account Manager you will be the sidekick of the Client Partners on planning and management of our client paid campaigns such as RTB programmatic display, native video, search, social. You will attend business meetings and manage the day by day activities of a number of campaigns across multiple countries, produce proposals, brief responses, internal briefs, media plans, and all the required activities in order to fulfil a digital multi-channel campaign.
 

MANDATORY

  • 4+ years experience in a Media Agency (Digital focused)
  • German Language
  • 4+ years experience in Media Planning and Programmatic Adv
  • Deep Knowledge of DSPs and tracking

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client goals and represent client interests to internal teams
  • Daily project management
  • Overseeing the delivery across internal teams such as Ad Science, Operations, IT and Finance
  • Overseeing and ensuring assigned campaigns, managed and executed to an exceptional standard
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results for clients and internal teams and provide daily updates on campaign status and progress
  • Keep up to date on ad-tech industry platforms and trends
  • Manage and coordinate the production of assets and make sure all client’s requests are fulfilled by the production/creative team

 

Skills and Experience

  • Significant exp working within a media agency in a client managing role
  • Strong familiarity with working in a media role across all channels
  • Strong familiarity with in media planning
  • Familiarity with in programmatic media and search campaigns
  • Familiarity with the DSP and ad tech landscape
  • Familiarity with ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies
  • Familiarity with social Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
  • Familiarity with DMP Platforms (Bluekai, Krux, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Audience Manager, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SEM Platforms (AdWords, Bing Ads, DoubleClick for Search, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including operations such as v-lookup, functions, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment while handling multiple tasks with shifting priorities

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Languages: Italian & German
  • Strong interest in digital media, advertising, and stays on top of emerging technologies
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Works well under pressure
  • Positive attitude and high energy
  • Eager to learn and help others to learn
  • Able to think out of the box and takes initiative without direction
  • Regular mobility between Milan and Frankfurt.
