Customer Development Manager/Business Analyst

Job Description

Our client is an international  company active  in FMCG, toiletries and cosmetics industry. To help them developing  their growth we are looking for a  :

                        Customer Development manager/Business Analyst


The position support the Commercial Director in defining  commercial plans and setting  global commercial targets, ensuring the coordination between services.  Monitor, execute and analyse progression of sales as well as specific campaigns or initiatives. Propose new strategies based on the previous analysis to bring innovation, improvements and simplification.

Manage the entire contractual process as well as commercial back office activities with the support of an executive.

Main responsibilities

•     Develop the best tools to track business evolution

•     Define common measurement standards to assure appropriate allocation of resources

•     Provide the organization with the required support to develop business plans per client

•     Assure the coordination between brand strategy and commercial strategy

•     Analyze sell-in, sell-out  & VMS results in order to propose eventual specific actions

•     Support Commercial Director and Managers in defining commercial policies and allocation resources by KA

•     Analyze sell-out data (including data crunch)

•     Category management

•     Support in Key Account Plan elaboration (provide common formats)

•     Support Marketing and Retail optimizing marketing plans, forecast and purchases of  Promotional and POS Material

•     Prepare Business Review  documentation for the Commercial Director

•     ROI analysis


-      3 to 5 years in similar positions or Business Intelligence/ Sales Controlling positions

-      Good stakeholder management

-      Experience in working with tight deadlines and shifting situations

-      English fluent,Spanish is a plus
