The Role

For the growth of our Milan Branch we are looking for Recruitment Consultants in Information Technology sector who will be responsible for:

- defining with clients recruitment needs and strategies
- managing the client relationship
- search delivering / head hunting activity

- Interview face to face


The Consultant will be involved in local and international assignments.

 

The Person

We are looking for animated and proactive professionals, business oriented and able to deliver great levels of service to our candidates and clients.

Main requirements:
- Degree in humanities sector or Master in HR
- Good sales attitude and background
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in a really international and dynamic environment
