Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coach, educate & develop the Sales Force team (staff = 20+)
  • Manage the Sales Force career and personal development
  • Define, set and control the retail sales targets (sales, basket, animations) on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Create a competitive bonus and incentives plan to reach out retail targets
  • Set and execute the training plan & budget for both internal and external sales force
  • Ensure the implementation of the visual merchandising, stock and marketing offers in stores
  • Partner with the European retail sales & education manager
  • Support CIS distributors on education, at least 3 travels per year
  • Participate in the Campony’s strategy and budget process

Requirements:

  • FLUENT RUSSIAN, PERMISSION TO WORK IN RUSSIA
  • Higher education
  • Working experience in the cosmetic Industry not less than 5 years as Retail & Education manager, Head of Sales Force or as a training manager
  • Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word
