JOB PURPOSE: The incumbent of this position will work on a holistic strategy for building the brands of the company whose vision is to grow to becoming India’s largest Beverage Company and building a substantial Foods portfolio.
Laying out a portfolio strategy in line with Companies vision of introducing products to India that have never been experienced before by the Indian consumer.
Strategizing the construct of the product & marketing strategy such that it is a line that will find natural and mass scale acceptance amongst the unique Indian consumer palate.
Take charge of leading the communication strategy & executing the same at a National & Global level. It involves working with various external agencies based in India and international.
Develop the most break through communication plans for the brands, so as to make a large impact in the market & gain high market share & top of mind recall for the brand.
QUALIFICATIONS: MBA / PG in Marketing
TARGET INDUSTRY: FMCG / Beverage
WORK EXPERIENCE: 10 – 12 years (with 6 - 8 years of brand marketing experience) It is essential for the candidate to have a very detailed understanding of the youth of India, the mass of India, & to be very in – tune with the key youth trends across the country.
