Job Description

The key expectations of the role:
• New Client acquisition translating to consistent achievement of revenue targets.
• Develop and expand client partnerships with rigorous and detailed attention to client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client / Agency stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
• Understand and effectively communicate  Programmatic value proposition & Technology.( APN, MM, DV360)
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and of the biddable media marketplace.
• Being compliant with organizational processes as well as partner requirements.
Competencies required: Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude:
 Understanding of Digital advertising and specifically, Performance based Advertising.
 Understanding of Programmatic Platforms.
 Consultative selling technique. At a basic level, asking the right questions to determine what the client needs before pitching a solution.
 Negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
 Communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Results driven and having a strong bias for action.
 Hunger to excel.
 Resilient and able to deal with pressure.
 Should demonstrate interpersonal skills when dealing with superiors, peers and clients.
 An extrovert with relationship management and networking ability.
