Position – Manager – Consumer Insights and Strategy Research 

Role Overview

Strategic research and consumer insights for the network’s flagship Hindi GEC 

Key Responsibilities


  • Work on all consumer insight projects for the brand
  • Be involved in concept development led research
  • Play an active role in strategic data based projects using BARC/TAM data
  • Work on long-term strategic initiatives for each show
  • Structure processes of research input presentation in view with the brand architecture
  • Monitor all competitive activity and report the market intelligence for internal decision making


  • Feedback of research output to the programming team for devising programming strategies
  • Play a recommendatory role in identifying opportunities for content development


Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Candidate should have a minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in a Insights and/or Strategic Planning role in the television broadcasting space or research agency/ any other industry with extensive consumer insight mining work
  • Should be comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Should be detail oriented with exceptional analytical skills
  • Should be very organized with a sense of goal achievement
  • Should be proactive and show initiative to go beyond defined work deliverables
  • Should have a management degree from a recognized school
