- Experience: 6-8 years
- Education: MBA from any college
- Reporting to: Head HR
- Industry: FMCG/Retail/OTC/Pharma(Only MNC’s)
- Skills: STRONG in HR OPS(Mandatory) along with knowledge of C&B, Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, experience in documentation, setting up HR processes & policies, change management, SOP knowledge and implementation, benchmarking, strategic role. Primarily will be responsible for HR ops, though will be also looking after C&B, someone who can work in a tough environment. They want to change their HR policies and this person will be critical to implement these changes.
