Our client is re-imagining the warehousing & supply-chain industry. They design, develop and deploy advanced robotics systems at warehouses, distribution centres and fulfilment centres. Their expertise in robotics, hardware and software engineering help companies solves operational inefficiencies in their warehouses. With in-house mechanical, electrical, embedded, UI/UX, software development and quality assurance teams. The client ensures unquestioned quality of all their products.

Founded in 2011, the client has grown rapidly from a two-man team, and today has over 500+ employees. Their robots are increasing efficiency and accuracy, optimizing supply-chains and bringing scalability to over 50 locations across multiple countries in the world. The client is a truly global company with its headquarters in Singapore and offices in India, Hong Kong, Germany and Japan, providing 24x7 customer support globally. Over 35% of their employees work in the state-of-the-art Research and Development centre in Gurgaon, India. Their key clients include major e-commerce players such as Flipkart, PepperFry, Jabong and Sodimac, FMCG giant Hindustan Unilever, and logistics companies such as Kerry Logistics, Aramex, DTDC, Delhivery, Gojavas and Ninjavan.

Work location: Either Frankfurt or Munich. Current office is in Hannover, the client will be relocating soon. 



Our sales experts function operate as specialists in specific customer industries, and partner closely with many of the top players in the industry vertical to develop solutions that help build strong businesses and solve real business problems. We are uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses using robotic solutions to enhance productivity and efficiencies in their warehouses. The role is the flag bearer of the company in the particular Industry vertical and you will be expected to become an expert on the target industry. 


  • BE/B.Tech. degree or MBA.   
  • 8-10 years (minimum 6 years relevant) of B2B sales or Enterprise sales in leading companies in Automation/Robotics/warehouse Consulting/Solution Sales. Proven record of relationship building with C-level executives.  
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills.   
  • Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills. 
  • Language Skills : English & German (proficiency in written & spoken) mandatory


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and consult with major customers and probable clients with the goal of building sustainable relationships. 
  • Work with own product experts to develop and deliver innovative warehouse automation solutions for our client   
  • Analyse Industry trends and client needs & develop strategic client account plans.   
  • Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of our products and services. 
  • Help develop case studies/references of successful implementations in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an evangelist at targeted events and conferences. Champion new product releases externally.   o Deliver input to Marketing to pull together and lead sales campaigns (via planning /  LOB strategies) to increase sales   
  • Can work with limited resources, thrives in environment with little process or structure
