HR Manager – Northern Europe Region - English & Dutch Speaker

This is a FTC position until March 2021

You must be Bi-lingual in  English and Dutch both spoken and written for this position.

Also you must have proven HR experience as a generalist with strong knowledge of labour regulations and Redundancy within the Northern Europe region, specifically in the Netherlands and Germany.

The ideal candidate will be used to working in an international, fast-paced environment with strong HR experience in field and corporate support.

The Role Requirements

  • Around 8 years’ experience of working in a Generalist HR Manager role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and capability to act at a senior level
  • Proven track record for managing and leading teams or project groups
  • A Team Player with confidence to work in international environments.
  • Be able to participate in projects on European or Global level Team Management, Employee Relations and Labour Law
  • Experience with managing redundancies
  • Keep knowledge about labour law changes up to date and act as the senior reference point for all ER issues in mainland Europe.
