After sale service back office work like warranty management, Preparation of SOPs, Technical trainings (hands on experience of similar functions).

After Sales related literature creation & warranty management including analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Related

Warranty /free service coupon reimbursements to dealers thru credit notes (calculation & warranty statement preparation only)

Process Related

Preparation of after sales related SOPs & literature

Assist in making the SOP for different departmental functions, Warranty management including Warranty analysis & warranty settlement, Support in technical trainings, Preparation of technical literature such as workshop manual, owner’s manual, parts catalogue, warranty manual & service policy etc.

People Related

Handling of team managing material handling for warranty items and coordination with R&D manufacturing for product performance & quality issues reported in the market.

Customer Related

Dealerships for all types of warranty, training & literature/ service circulars related matters.
