  • Worked in factory set-up
  • Exposure of managing administration activities of a plant set up

  • Overview understanding of HR processes of PMS, Employee Engagement

-          Bhiwadi to Gurgaon office for meetings

Complete plant (2.5 acres of land)

-          Administrative related activities of the plant

Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Related

-          Managing and working with the allotted budget of the factory

-          Cost optimization with respect to admin related activities of the plant

Process Related

-          Setting up the plant facility (security, cafeteria, transport, hygiene, seating etc.)

-          Support in hiring of the workmen.

-          Manage the onboarding, attendance, stay/travel and performance of the workmen

-          Manage all the Statutory Compliance related activities of the plant
 

People Related

-          Monthly employee engagement activities for the manpower based out of the plant

-          Support corporate HR team with implementation of HR processes of PMS, engagement, training etc.

-          Update and inform corporate team about activities of the plant

-          Handle employee grievances of the plant and design a system of redressal

Customer Related

-          Liaison with local and state government officials for smooth running of the factory

-          Identify and engage with cost effective and good performing vendors for all admin related activities of the plant
