The client is seeking a qualified business development specialist to extend it's global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. You will oversee finding, and setting your own appointments through cold calling, e-mail campaigns, social campaigns, leads groups, or in person sales as needed to meet with decision makers. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve the company vision.
Objectives of this Role
Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities. Generating effective leads for recruitment across the globe. Develop individual business plans for each country. Design plans to achieve all objectives and develop plans for new business for recruitment of Blue Collar & White Collar within and almost for all industries & sectors.

Submit weekly progress reports of prospects clients.
Forecast sales targets and ensure International recruitment targets are met on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Track and record activity on all clients and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
Present business development module and new client acquisition module to achieve business.
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
