The client is seeking a qualified business development specialist to extend it's global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. You will oversee finding, and setting your own appointments through cold calling, e-mail campaigns, social campaigns, leads groups, or in person sales as needed to meet with decision makers. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve the company vision.

Objectives of this Role

Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities. Generating effective leads for recruitment across the globe. Develop individual business plans for each country. Design plans to achieve all objectives and develop plans for new business for recruitment of Blue Collar & White Collar within and almost for all industries & sectors.

International Business Development Planning

  • Generate new leads, identify companies across the globe and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Managing both existing pipeline and developing new business opportunities in recruitment business.
  • Identify Blue Collar & White Collar recruitment potential companies to grab business.
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify all industries recruitment trends and employer needs, building a short/medium/long-term business pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
  • Discover and explore new business opportunities
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
  • Ideal candidates have a “book” of business they’ve sold to in the past, and/or a large personal network to leverage to get started

Management and Research

Submit weekly progress reports of prospects clients.
Forecast sales targets and ensure International recruitment targets are met on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Track and record activity on all clients and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
Present business development module and new client acquisition module to achieve business.
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management
  • Successful track record in B2B sales, negotiation & client acquisitions
  • Successful record of accomplishment of International Business across the globe.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working experience with sales techniques
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
  • Ability to deliver presentations
  • Experience with CRM (i.e., Salesforce)
