Our client is looking for of HEAD SALES AND MARKETING
He can enable research oriented market insights for scientific decision making pertaining to a business development strategy, new product development & launch etc.
He shall be Responsible for Business Planning – Regional and National -New Business Development; Marketing & closely working with key Customers.
Increasing Sale of Products with good profitability by providing of products.
Key Account Management:
New revenue generation;
Building Training &Team Motivation;
High yield business growth .
Responsible for overall B2B, B2C Sales and Marketing Dept. the company.
Have a clear knowledge and focus on new channels like Institutions and Modern Trade, E-Commerce to build Distribution, Visibility and Volumes, etc.
Closely monitoring Distributor infrastructure and its effectiveness.
focus on increasing availability of our Products.
Regular Sales performance review and feedback.
- Minimum 15 Years of Experience with exposure of handling Sales and Marketing at National Level
- Must have handled a team
- Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills
- Candidates working with Food Processing Industry only required.
