- Experience: 7+ years in Medical Device (MUST HAVE: Team Management exposure)
- Location: New Delhi
- Area Coverage: Entire NCR
- Experience of handling a team of minimum 4 people for atleast 1-2 years.
- Distributors and Dealers network management.
- 1-3 years prior work experience in Surgical sutures/ cardio vascular sutures.
- Good in developing sales strategies in the assigned territory.
- Achieving focus product targets – both quantity and value.
- Achieving 100% marketing activities planned for their regions every quarter.
- Achieving secondary sales targets.
- Significant know-how of Surgical portfolio & related procedures.
- OT Experience.
- Good relations With Surgeons (Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgeons), Hospital Corporate, Trade and OT staff. Meeting doctors and OT staff, promotion and demand generation for the requisite product portfolio.
- Good communication skills.
