Job Description: 

  • Putting together prospective client proposals (with inputs from the operations/delivery team/s)
  • Costing of proposals
  • Complete RFI (Request for Information), RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements
  • Prepare and manage Master Services Agreements and Scope of Work documents
  • Responsible for Customer Invoicing (in coordination with Finance and Operations)
  • Vendor Selection and Negotiations
  • Follow-Up, Tracking leads developed at meetings, conferences and through web inquiries
  • Working with the sales/marketing team for content creation and coordination
  • Preparing presentation decks and materials
  • Client follow-up, meetings coordination
