Job Description

-          Develop the brand's Creative collaterals

o   Online, in-store, social media, publications, advertising,

-          Conceive the brand's campaigns.

o  Product launches, season launches, brand stories, CSR initiatives etc. The campaigns are to disseminated through a 360 degree approach across all brand touch points. This involves integrating the customer experience through online, in-store, offline, pr and advertising.

-          Function as an in-house agency.

o   Co-ordinate with marketing, digital and visual merchandising team to develop strategy

o   Work with merchandising and design teams to deliver trend driven product lines.

-          Creative direction for campaign shoots

o   Work with stylists, photographers, photo studios etc to develop all brand related images

o   Work with digital teams for e-commerce shoots

-          Create culture of design within the organization

o   Develop templates for all
