(Senior) Portfolio Programme Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordination of key technology initiatives across the portfolio
  • Tracking and assessing programme performance against target outcomes
  • Monitoring delivery progress, client feedback, budget and other key performance indicators
  • Leverage strong technical knowledge of the architecture, systems, data, development processes and sprint capacity to hold product development teams to roadmap milestones that are ambitious but achievable within budget
  • Understand and assess critical paths, dependencies and key risks for releasing software products/ services
  • Publish frequently the risks to the plan and facilitate leadership decisions to resolve (priority, resources, timelines, scope, etc.)
  • Generate frequent and appropriate internal communications for the product teams and stakeholders to stay informed on the portfolio progress
  • Leverage internal tools for knowledge sharing, document retention and easy internal access
  • Interface with business return on investments form the roadmap items delivered
  • Analyse the post-launch impact vs. original business benefit estimates, as well as the actual tech development costs vs. original scoping
  • Understand the velocity and capabilities of development teams, and how that connects to forecasting capacity to deliver value

Your Profile:

  • Strong technology foundation (web and mobile apps, enterprise platforms, big data solutions)
  • Expert in Gantt-charts, dependency mapping and other planning tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills, influence without authority
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to foster trust and close working relationships but at the same time remain impartial
